We’re looking for a Geotechnical and Construction Materials Testing  Manager to take charge of our geotechnical investigations and CMT  operations. You’ll lead talented engineers and technicians, work directly with clients, and ensure every project meets the highest quality and safety standards.
What You’ll Do
Lead geotechnical investigations & CMT services (soils, concrete, asphalt, structural steel)
Oversee field crews, lab staff, and project schedules
Maintain quality control, safety, and compliance with ASTM, AASHTO, and DOT standards
Mentor and grow your team while building strong client relationships
Contribute to proposals, scopes, and business development efforts
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (PE preferred)
8+ years in geotechnical/CMT, with at least 3 in leadership
Solid technical expertise in testing procedures, standards, and reporting
A track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to spec
Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
