As Chief Information Officer, you will be reporting to the CEO with the VP of IT as a direct report to ensure data/info strategies align with the firm’s long-term growth strategies and provide insight into how to use data to drive the business to achieve the strategy. 

• Strategic IT Leadership: Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with our business goals and long-term growth vision.
• Digital Transformation: Lead digital transformation initiatives, leveraging technology to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
• Data Strategy: Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards while harnessing data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to enhance technology capabilities that drive business success.
• Resource Management: Effectively manage IT resources and budgets, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
• Technology Trends: Stay at the forefront of technology trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovation into our business strategies.
• IT Governance: Establish and enforce IT governance policies, processes, and standards to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Technology Partnerships: Identify and manage strategic technology partnerships that enhance our capabilities and drive growth.
